This presentation is an introduction to the Accessible SK Act as it intersects with the SK Human Rights Code, 2018. It can be adapted for any SK public body entity and can be adapted for an entity in other Canadian jurisdictions with accessibility legislation.

Student Rights, Parent Rights & Board of Education Duties

This 2hr presentation describes the interactions between human rights, education, privacy and family laws in the PreK to Grade 12 education system. This presentation focuses on Saskatchewan law but can be adapted to other Canadian jurisdictions.
